Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented General Manager – Technical with strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, commercial awareness, and leadership skills to lead and manage solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, technical coordination, procurement, team management, and operational efficiency while ensuring timely and profitable project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution and commissioning of solar EPC projects
- Manage technical planning, engineering coordination, and project delivery
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets
- Drive profitability-focused execution with strong cost control measures
- Lead project teams, site engineers, vendors, and procurement teams
- Coordinate material sourcing, vendor evaluation, and procurement planning
- Monitor project quality, safety, compliance, and performance standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and government authorities
- Resolve technical and operational challenges proactively
- Develop scalable execution systems and operational processes
- Ensure timely commissioning and successful project handover
- Support commercial discussions along with the sales team when required
Requirements
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong experience in Solar EPC / Electrical / Renewable Energy projects preferred
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong commercial awareness and cost management abilities
- Experience in procurement coordination and material planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent project management exposure is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
