About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and dynamic Project Coordinator who is passionate about creating positive social impact. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with underprivileged communities, conducting field visits, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and monitor NGO projects and field activities.
· Conduct regular visits to communities, beneficiaries, schools, hospitals, and project locations.
· Build strong relationships with beneficiaries, volunteers, and Supporters.
· Ensure smooth implementation of projects and timely achievement of project goals.
· Prepare project reports, case studies, beneficiary stories, and impact assessments.
· Maintain project records, databases, and documentation.
· Coordinate awareness programs, community outreach activities, camps, and events.
· Collect field data, photographs, and success stories for donor and organizational reporting.
· Manage and update the organization’s social media platforms with project updates and impact stories.
· Assist in donor reporting, presentations, and project proposals when required.
· Regularly update management regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
