We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service & Commissioning Engineer for our PSA Nitrogen Gas Generator Plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of onsite PSA nitrogen gas systems at client locations. This is a field-based role requiring travel, technical expertise, and customer-focused communication.
Lead and execute installation and commissioning activities of PSA Nitrogen Gas Generator Plants across various industries.
Conduct pre-commissioning checks, system testing, and calibration of instruments and controls.
Perform onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work to ensure optimal plant performance and customer satisfaction.
Deliver technical support and training to clients' operators and maintenance teams.
Prepare detailed commissioning reports, service logs, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols during all field operations.
Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to optimize plant configurations and resolve technical issues.
Provide feedback for product improvement based on field experience.
Strong understanding of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, nitrogen generation systems, and associated mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and instrumentation layouts.
Hands-on experience with valves, compressors, PLCs, sensors, and gas handling systems.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in diverse site conditions.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to project and plant locations.
