Furdeco is looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead – Operations to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in logistics or delivery operations, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure service levels are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, delivery partners, and clients to ensure timely execution.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Track daily KPIs, prepare operational reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards.
- Support workforce planning, shift management, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Last-Mile Delivery, or a similar domain.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Senior Executive, or Operations Supervisor is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics, furniture delivery, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics software, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
