Finance Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Finance Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and possess strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Review journal entries, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements and filings.
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory deductions, and related financial documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions effectively.
- Verify invoices, expense statements, payment records, and supporting financial documents.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5 – 8years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial management roles.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
