- Data Processing: Accurately input shipping manifests, load orders, and freight bills into company databases or ERP systems.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor the progress of shipments from departure to arrival and proactively update delivery statuses.
- Inventory Management: Update real-time stock levels, record warehouse transactions, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Cross-reference data with source documents and reconcile any discrepancies in freight invoices or physical stock.
- Reporting: Generate regular logistical and operational reports regarding delivery times, shipping costs, and warehouse efficiency.
