Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Pharma Sales Calling Executive to promote our pharmaceutical products through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
- Promote and explain pharmaceutical products effectively
- Generate and follow up on leads to support field sales teams
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales data
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly
Requirements & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc preferred)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products (training provided)
- Ability to work with sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
