Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will design and implement strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires expertise in content creation, analytics, advertising campaigns, and cross‑team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Strategies: Plan and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives such as brand visibility, traffic growth, and lead generation.
- Manage Platforms: Oversee daily operations of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistent and engaging activity.
- Create Content: Produce compelling posts, visuals, videos, and infographics tailored to target audiences.
- Analyze Performance: Track and interpret analytics to measure success, refine campaigns, and maximize ROI.
- Stay Current: Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep strategies competitive.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and relationship management teams to align social media with overall goals.
- Monitor Competitors: Evaluate competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Use Tools & Upskill: Utilize Facebook Business Suite/Meta for managing posts and ads, while continuously upgrading skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media strategy and management.
- Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
