Job Description – Payroll & Operations Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Preferable: Both Male & Female
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
- Generate payroll, attendance, and MIS reports.
- Address payroll-related employee queries.
- Support day-to-day HR and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Commerce, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and labour compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
