**Job Title: Assistant Professors needed in Travel & Tourism MTTM or masters in tourism **
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Tourism , Management and Management departments as an Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will contribute to our academic community through teaching, research, and engagement in departmental activities.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Teaching:** Deliver high-quality lectures, lead discussions, and conduct practical sessions at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
2. **Research:** Engage in scholarly activities, including conducting research, publishing in reputable journals, and participating in conferences to contribute to the academic field.
3. **Mentoring:** Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.
4. **Curriculum Development:** Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
5. **Service:** Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities that contribute to the overall development of the department and institution.
**Qualifications:**
1. Master of Travel and Tourism ,Masters in any tourism related areas
2. Masters in Business Administration or MaHRM
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Freshers with good academic records can also to apply.
**Skills:**
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in tourism sector, aviation for tourism management,, in Business sector, Logistics sector for BBA graduates
- Demonstrated research capabilities.
