Job Summary
HUAHENG Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation equipment, robotic systems, welding and cutting machines, CNC machines, and other industrial machinery. The role requires extensive travel across India to support customers and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial automation equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of welding, cutting, CNC, and robotic systems.
- Provide technical support and customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with internal engineering teams and overseas suppliers for timely resolution.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Support machine acceptance trials, project execution, FAT/SAT activities, and final project handovers.
- Ensure prompt response to customer service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Travel anywhere in India for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, customer visits, and project execution as per business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, CNC machines, welding equipment, cutting machines, manufacturing machinery, or related industrial products.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of PLC systems, industrial robotics, automation systems, CNC equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in welding and cutting machines will be highly preferred.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Plasma, Orbital Welding, CNC Plasma/Oxy-Fuel Cutting Systems, or Welding Automation Solutions will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer service commitments.
