Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs.
– Provide excellent customer service to maintain Clients.
– Manage business negotiations with customers.
– Handle, track and monitor the business deals and other activities as needed.
– Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
– Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, etc to increase the revenue targets.
– Reach out to new customers through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, and emails.
– Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
– Stay current with new trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree is required in any field.
– Good communication skills.
– Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
