Experience Required : 3 – 5 Years
Salary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
Qualification:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in MICU / ICU / CCU
- Monitor vital signs, ECG, ventilator settings, and patient condition
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions
- Handle ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow strict infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare team for patient care planning
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in critical care nursing
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of ACLS / BLS protocols
- Quick decision-making ability
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
