Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our software development business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating leads, acquiring clients through Upwork, and closing projects for web, mobile app, or software development services.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire clients through Upwork and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Write proposals, respond to client requirements, and follow up regularly.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for estimations and project discussions.
- Maintain CRM and sales records.
- Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development for IT services.
- Strong experience with Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate and close leads.
- Understanding of web development, mobile app development, or software services is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an IT services company or software agency.
- Proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation channels.
