Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take customer orders and recommend drinks/menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glasses, and equipment.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Manage bar inventory and stock supplies.
- Handle cash, POS billing, and customer payments.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bartending certification is an advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
