About The RoleWe are looking for a versatile Visual & Experience Designer who can own the visual identity of Comprinno across web, product, brand, and marketing. This role blends UI/UX, graphic design, and creative storytelling into one. If you are someone who understands clean design systems, enjoys shaping digital experiences, and can translate abstract ideas into visually compelling assets—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design (Website & Product)
- Lead the UX and visual design of our website pages, landing pages, and product interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Build a consistent visual language and design system across digital platforms.
- Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
2. Brand & Marketing Design
- Design social media creatives, campaign visuals, ads, and brand assets.
- Create visually rich sales enablement materials—pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, etc.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives.
3. Long-form & Premium Content Design
- Design ebooks, reports, whitepapers, and guides with high visual polish.
- Own layout, typography, iconography, and visual storytelling.
4. Creative Direction & Consistency
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand.
- Ensure consistency across website, product, marketing, and partner-facing collateral.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and product launches.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX + visual design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website UI, product UX, and diverse brand design work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and motion tools (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of layout hierarchy, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to convert complex technical ideas into simple, elegant visuals.
- Experience working with SaaS / IT services / tech companies is preferred.
