We're seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager for Offline Activations. This role is for someone who can identify opportunities in communities, contractor networks, and local partnerships to drive customer growth. You'll not only plan campaigns but also execute and measure their success.
What You’ll Do
- Identify offline marketing opportunities around Housie’s dark store locations
- Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities, such as community activations, contractor meetings, stalls, events, and local partnerships
- Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and internal teams for execution
- Drive customer acquisition and enhance local brand awareness
- Track campaign performance, customer responses, and order conversions
- Share clear reports on what worked, what didn’t, and areas for improvement
- Manage budgets to ensure activities are executed effectively on the ground
- Build relationships with local communities, contractors, builders, and societies
- Collaborate closely with operations and growth teams to improve demand at the store level
- Communicate insights clearly, avoiding jargon and unnecessary complexity
What This Role Needs
- 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, BTL, activations, or field marketing campaigns is preferred
- Strong execution skills, you get things done without needing constant follow-up
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Comfort in handling agencies, vendors, and on-ground teams
- The ability to think locally and identify growth opportunities
- A data-driven mindset; you prioritise outcomes over mere activities
- Experience in retail, quick commerce, construction, or consumer brands is a plus
