Job Summary:
Looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the real estate sector. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads via cold calling, digital marketing, and networking
- Develop business strategies to expand client base and increase sales conversions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and channel partners
- Manage sales funnel, CRM, and follow-ups
- Negotiate and close profitable deals
- Track market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
