We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Manager to lead and optimize advertising campaigns for multiple brands across Amazon India and global marketplaces.
Role Overview
The Amazon Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Amazon advertising campaigns to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, deep expertise in Amazon PPC, and experience managing large advertising budgets across multiple brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns:
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display
- Amazon DSP (preferred)
- Develop advertising strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Execute campaign launches for new product introductions and seasonal promotions.
Campaign Optimization
- Perform keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize bids, placements, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Reduce wasted ad spend through continuous campaign refinement.
- Improve key advertising metrics including:
- ACOS
- TACOS
- ROAS
- CTR
- CVR
- CPC
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights, recommendations, and action plans to internal teams and clients.
- Build dashboards and performance tracking frameworks.
Marketplace Growth Strategy
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design, and Account Management teams.
- Identify opportunities for organic rank improvement through advertising insights.
- Support catalog expansion and product launch strategies.
- Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and Amazon platform updates.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Participate in client review meetings.
- Communicate campaign performance and growth recommendations.
- Mentor junior PPC executives and assist in process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple brands and large advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of:

- Sponsored Display
- Amazon Brand Analytics
- Search Query Performance Reports
- Amazon Marketing Stream (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon DSP.
- Experience managing Amazon US marketplace campaigns.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and Listing Optimization.
- Familiarity with advertising automation tools:
