Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the role demands adaptability and creativity to address complex business challenges effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage assigned custom processes end-to-end, ensuring adherence to governance, standards, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for process-related clarifications, issues, and approvals.
- Coordinate with PMO, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of custom activities.
- Monitor process performance, identify gaps or risks, and drive corrective or improvement actions.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for all custom processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization where applicable.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
