This role offers hands-on exposure to business growth, customer acquisition, marketing, and operational management in a fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Brand Promotion Create and publish social media content across platforms. Plan and execute promotional campaigns. Assist in boosting brand visibility and audience engagement. Support digital marketing and community-building initiatives. 2. Lead Generation & Business Outreach Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospects. Engage with guests, customers, and business partners. Generate and qualify leads for B2B partnerships. Maintain lead databases and CRM records. Schedule meetings and support business negotiations. 3. Booking & Operations Management Manage customer bookings and inquiries. Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operational execution. Track booking status and customer communications. Support day-to-day business operations and reporting. 4. Strategic Execution Work directly with the founders on growth initiatives. Assist in planning and executing business strategies.
