About the Role: Dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist in clinical procedures, support emergency care activities, and maintain healthcare standards within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess good clinical knowledge, patient handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in healthcare and wellness environments. . Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care • Provide nursing care and support to patients as per medical protocols. • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in patient condition. • Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments. • Assist doctors during patient examinations and procedures. • Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety. 2. Clinical & Emergency Support • Handle first aid and emergency care situations efficiently. • Assist in patient stabilization and referral coordination when required. • Maintain infection control and hygiene standards in clinical areas. • Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal. 3. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation accurately. • Record medicine administration and patient observations properly. • Prepare daily nursing reports and update healthcare records. 4. Team Coordination • Coordinate with doctors, senior nurses, laboratory staff, and operations teams. • Follow instructions from Nursing Incharge and senior clinical staff. • Support smooth functioning of nursing and wellness operations. 5. Inventory & Equipment Handling • Ensure availability of nursing supplies, medicines, and emergency materials. • Handle medical equipment carefully and report any issues immediately. • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations and treatment areas. Qualifications: • B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution. • Valid Nursing Registration Certificate mandatory. Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
