Role: POSH Trainer
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct POSH awareness and sensitization training for employees and management
- Facilitate Internal Committee (IC) training sessions as per the POSH Act, 2013
- Handle POSH compliance activities, including annual return filing
- Assist with POSH policy implementation and documentation
- Guide the organization on statutory compliance and best practices
- Support certification requirements and compliance audits related to POSH
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Certified POSH Trainer / POSH Consultant (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of the POSH Act, 2013 and related compliance requirements
- Experience conducting corporate POSH training programs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in annual POSH return filing and compliance documentation
