Job Summary
The Admission Counselor is responsible for handling student admissions, parent counseling, inquiry management, and conversion of admissions in line with the school’s enrollment targets. The role involves guiding parents through the admission process, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with academic and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, email inquiries, and online admission leads.
- Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and school policies.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the school’s vision, mission, and academic offerings.
- Maintain admission records, inquiry databases, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with management and academic teams regarding admission updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents for admission conversion.
- Support admission campaigns, events, orientation programs, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Assist in student onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain professional communication with parents and visitors at all times.
- Achieve admission targets assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
