Production Head – Agrochemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete production operations at the Sayakha manufacturing plant.
- Achieve production targets with focus on Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery.
- Manage batch/process manufacturing of agrochemical products, intermediates and formulations.
- Optimize yield, productivity, cycle time, manpower and plant capacity.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP/quality systems and EHS requirements.
- Drive reduction in batch rejection, reprocessing, downtime and production losses.
- Lead process improvement, debottlenecking, cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, EHS, Engineering, Supply Chain and Planning.
- Manage, develop and motivate production teams across shifts.
- Ensure safe handling and processing of hazardous chemicals.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance gaps.
Candidate Profile
- 15–20+ years of experience in Agrochemical / Chemical / Specialty Chemical manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years in a Production leadership/Plant operations role.
- Strong experience in process/batch manufacturing and plant operations.
- Good knowledge of process safety, EHS, quality, yield improvement and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
