Job Description
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for a voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through voice support.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction standards.
- Handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Neutral accent with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and with rotational week-offs.
