A TechOps Analyst (Technical Operations Analyst) is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining production systems to ensure they are stable, available, and performing well.
This is an Operations/Production Support role rather than a software development role. The focus is on system health, troubleshooting, incident resolution, deployments, and automation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Operations, Production Support, or Application Support.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Comfortable writing SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell/Bash).
- Experience monitoring production systems and resolving incidents.
- Good communication skills for working with infrastructure, development, and support teams.
