Job Description
A Bar Captain is responsible for supervising daily bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing bar staff to deliver a smooth and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and service flow
- Supervise and guide bartenders and service staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service
- Take orders and ensure timely serving of beverages
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and inventory control
- Coordinate with kitchen and management team
- Ensure proper billing and POS handling
- Train new staff and maintain team discipline
