Job Title: Store Keeper

Reports To: Admin Manager / Estate Manager/ Principal
Job Summary
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the school's inventory, ensuring proper storage, issuance, and maintenance of all materials, stationery, uniforms, housekeeping supplies, sports items, laboratory materials, and other assets. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Issue materials to departments against authorized requisition slips.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and digital inventory data.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the administration about reorder requirements.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for procurement and timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of all items.
- Maintain records of damaged, obsolete, or expired materials and report the same.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area.
- Assist during school events by arranging and issuing required materials.
- Manage fixed assets and maintain records of asset movement, if assigned.
- Follow school policies related to inventory control and asset management.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, inventory software).
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a school, educational institution, or similar organization.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple categories of inventory simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
