About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and design-driven Senior Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience who is proficient in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept through execution, coordinating with consultants, and producing high-quality technical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation using Revit.
- Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to ensure clash-free models.
- Participate in design development, material selection, and technical problem-solving.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
- Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior architects and assist in maintaining BIM standards within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and BIM best practices.
- Ability to train, mentor, and effectively manage a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 4–5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building regulations.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape, or similar visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and documentation workflows.
- Familiarity with project execution and site coordination.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
