Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management-
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned clients and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand business requirements, hiring priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Manage client feedback, escalations, and communication effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings to ensure account satisfaction.
Recruitment Delivery Management-
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure quality candidate submissions.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures against agreed SLAs.
- Handle critical, niche, and high-priority hiring mandates as an Individual Contributor (IC) when required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Account Management & Growth -
- Strengthen existing client relationships through consistent delivery excellence.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional hiring support.
- Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to improve fulfillment ratios and hiring efficiency.
- Contribute to long-term client retention and account growth initiatives.
Reporting & Operations-
- Utilize ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar tools for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Maintain accurate client-wise hiring reports, pipeline status, and delivery dashboards.
- Track key metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joiners, and recruiter productivity.
- Analyze delivery performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹50,000.00 per month
