Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during treatments and procedures, monitor patients' conditions, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare practices.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
- Valid nursing registration/license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
