- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Understand and address client needs, preferences, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate photo sessions and schedules between clients and photographers
- Guide clients through the photography process, from booking to final product delivery
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, bookings, and payments
- Seek feedback from clients to continually improve our services and exceed their expectations
