We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, follow-ups, counselling support, and converting leads into admissions for our professional training programmes.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
Follow up with student enquiries and leads
Explain courses and training programmes clearly
Maintain enquiry and admission records
Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team
Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
Telecalling / sales experience preferred
Positive attitude and convincing skills
