About the Role We are looking for a creative and passionate UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Development teams to understand user needs, create design solutions, and improve the overall user experience of web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting user research and gathering user requirements.

Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and basic prototypes.

Support the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to understand business requirements.

Assist in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.

Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Convert user requirements into simple, user-centric design solutions.

Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Support senior designers in delivering high-quality user experiences.
Skills Required

Basic understanding of UX Design principles and Design Thinking.

Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Understanding of user journeys, personas, and information architecture.

Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design concepts.

Basic knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.

Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and UX methodologies.

Comfortable working in Night Shift / UK Shift.
Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, HCI, or related fields.

Freshers (0–1 year experience) are encouraged to apply.

Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, internship, or freelance design projects is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills

Internship or project experience in UX/UI Design.

Knowledge of design systems and UI components.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
