About the Role
ARCH Foundation is seeking an experienced and passionate Project Coordinator – Holistic Development to lead and manage holistic development programs for children. The role involves planning, coordination, monitoring, and ensuring effective implementation of community and education-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute holistic development programs
- Coordinate with schools, educators, volunteers, and community stakeholders
- Monitor program implementation and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure regular attendance tracking and reporting as per organizational policy
- Conduct field visits and provide regular updates to management
- Prepare monthly progress reports and impact assessments
- Support event planning, training sessions, and workshops
- Ensure timely completion of project targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination (NGO/education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in child development or community-based programs
- Leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to travel for field activities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
