Job Opening: Office Administrative Assistant

Kottayam Chess Academy is looking for a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration and correspondence
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain student records, registrations, and office files
- Coordinate tournament registrations, training schedules, and academy events
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other official documents
- Assist with social media updates and basic promotional activities
- Coordinate with parents, players, coaches, and officials
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
