Key Responsibilities Content Development * Write compelling project descriptions, website content, blogs, award submissions and press releases. * Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms. * Develop newsletters, client communications and marketing collateral. * Coordinate with architects and designers to convert technical information into engaging stories. Website Management * Update and maintain the company website. * Upload new projects, news, awards and team information. * Ensure website content remains current, visually appealing and user-friendly. * Coordinate with web developers for technical improvements when required. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) * Implement on-page SEO strategies. * Conduct keyword research relevant to architecture, landscape architecture and design. * Improve website rankings through regular optimisation. * Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements. Social Media Management * Plan and execute monthly content calendars. * Manage LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms. * Create engaging captions and coordinate graphics and videos. * Increase audience engagement and organic reach. * Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports. Digital Brand Development * Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms. * Promote awards, publications, events and completed projects. * Identify opportunities for digital collaborations and media coverage. * Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Desired Skills * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding. * Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics. * Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms. * Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing. * Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. * Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams. * Interest in architecture, urban design or landscape architecture is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Digital Media or a related field. * 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or content management. * Prior experience with an architecture, design, real estate or creative studio will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
