Now, we are expanding our footprint, and we need an operational general to dominate the Hyderabad territory.
The Role: The On-Ground General
As our Senior Venue Manager for Hyderabad, you will be the operational backbone and strategic leader of the city's entire ecosystem. This is a high-octane, hands-on role where you will directly manage daily operations, optimize financial performance, and lead our team to success. Reporting straight to the Head of Operations, your job is to keep our current centers running flawlessly while helping us expand into new, high-revenue locations across Hyderabad.
Here’s your game plan (What You Will Do):
- Territory & Venue Oversight: Take absolute ownership of the day-to-day operations across all Hyderabad venues, ensuring every single site is continuously "guest-ready" and running like clockwork.
- Squad Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, guide, and mentor our on-ground Venue Managers. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and building a high-performing team culture that takes pride in the PadelPark name.
- Performance & Target Crusher: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each city venue, rapidly implementing hyper-local strategies to achieve and smash revenue targets.
- Premium Customer Experience: Champion world-class hospitality across all sites. You will act as the final city-level escalation point, resolving player feedback quickly and keeping our community thrilled.
- Hustle & Hyper-Local Growth: Drive court utilization and revenue growth by executing local marketing activations, corporate partnerships, and community-building events.
- Operational Efficiency & Budgets: Keep a hawk-like watch on city-level expenses, streamlining processes to maximize productivity while minimizing operational leakages and costs.
- Expansion Blueprint: Act as the critical boots-on-the-ground support to set up, launch, and successfully open new PadelPark centers as we aggressively expand in Hyderabad.
Who We’re Looking For: The Execution Ninja
- The Multi-Unit Veteran: You bring 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations under one umbrella—preferably coming from sports management, premium fitness chains, hospitality, or fast-paced retail.
- The People Captain: You have a proven ability to lead from the front, motivate diverse teams, and maintain ironclad accountability.
- The Communication Champ: Your verbal and written communication is sharp, empathetic, and professional. You can talk about metrics with leadership and community-building with customers.
- The Problem-Solving Ninja: You thrive in fast-paced environments, making fast, data-driven operational choices on your feet before problems escalate.
- The Tech-Forward Operator: You are fully comfortable navigating MS Office Suite, tracking sheets, and modern venue-management/booking platforms.
- The Core Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a high willingness to travel locally across city locations regularly.
