We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The role requires strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute software development projects from start to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure proper documentation, project tracking, and reporting
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and team performance
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed during development
- Resolve technical and project-related issues efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Technical Project Management
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands on experience in React.Js and Node.Js
- Knowledge of Database design (MYSQL)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Understanding of web and software development technologies
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
