Job Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good IQ and problem-solving ability, and experience in handling sales operations, reporting, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
- Track daily sales targets, achievements, and overall team performance.
- Maintain and monitor sales team attendance through Punch In / Punch Out systems and sales tracking applications.
- Take regular follow-ups from sales team members regarding target achievement and market activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review & maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and documentation.
- Handle TADA (Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance) — verify, process, and manage claims for the entire sales team
- Monitor sales activities through field-force tracking applications.
- Manage and mentor a sales team of 25–30 executives, ensure discipline, productivity, and team morale
- Follow up on pending tasks, orders, and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or sales team management
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Sales Reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with apps for attendance, reporting, and team tracking
- Experience with Sales Tracking Applications / Field Force Management tools will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, MIS Executive, or similar role.
- Experience handling a sales team of 20–30 members will be preferred.
- Strong IQ, ownership mindset, and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
