Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)
- Strong analytical skills with PPDS implementation experience,
- Build configure systems and perform testing after implementation of PPDS
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting production planning and control processes within discrete manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
