Requirements:
- Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or any relevant field preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in a Back Office Coordinator or similar role.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Word, and Outlook / Gmail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify, and maintain AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams for drawing approvals and documentation.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and technical documents.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and other back-office documentation.
- Track project status and follow up with internal teams for timely completion.
- Handle email correspondence and coordinate with clients and vendors when required.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, updated, and properly filed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
