*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Lead Generation*: Identify & qualify potential IT/Telecom clients through research, calls & LinkedIn
2. *Outbound Sales*: Make cold calls, send emails & follow up to generate interest
3. *Client Meetings*: Schedule meetings for senior team & support initial client pitches
4. *CRM Management*: Update lead status, meeting notes & pipeline in CRM/Zoho regularly
5. *Market Research*: Research target industries, competitors & customer needs
6. *Proposal Support*: Help prepare proposals, quotations & sales presentations
7. *Target Support*: Achieve monthly lead & meeting targets set by BDM
*Requirements:*
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree
- 0-2 years experience in B2B sales/tele-calling preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English + Kannada/Hindi
- Confident, target-driven & eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
