Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Required Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage operations at our construction site in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site work, coordinating with laborers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines.
If you have a strong understanding of construction work, excellent leadership skills, and can handle on-site challenges effectively, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses according to the project plan.
- Manage, assign tasks to, and monitor the performance of site laborers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all construction materials are received, checked, handled, and stored correctly on-site.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and labor attendance.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free working environment.
- Coordinate between the project manager/engineers and the site workers to resolve any operational issues quickly.
- Ensure the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Candidates with an ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering will be given preference).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor (Freshers with strong basic knowledge may also apply).
