Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Social Media Executive who has more than 1+ yrs experience and who can manage social media presence, create engaging content strategies, and drive brand growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across platforms
- Conduct audience, competitor, and trend research to optimize content performance
- Develop engaging social media copy and captions
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, optimization, and ideation
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform engagement
- Brief designers clearly and provide structured feedback on creatives
- Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Clicks
- Conversions
- Identify trends and proactively suggest new campaign ideas and formats
- Support digital marketing funnels through effective social media strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
- Prepare performance reports and optimization recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong research skills (audience insights, competitors, trends, hashtags & keywords)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong social media copywriting ability
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
- Experience managing social media strategies and brand accounts
- Ability to read analytics and generate performance insights
- Highly creative with strong trend awareness
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/brands
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with reels and short-form video content
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or social media advertising platforms

Working Days: Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturdays
(2nd & 4th Saturday Off | 5.5 Days Working)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
