Job Title : Sr. Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview :
Realatte Ventures is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative improvements.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, and share actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on Lead Generation.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and related marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
