Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, highly aggressive Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Makarba office. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Consultant Marketing: Aggressively market our bench consultants to Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, and System Integrators in the US IT staffing market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of vendor contacts and recruiters to ensure regular flow of requirements for our bench.
- Portal Management: Actively utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and LinkedIn to identify C2C / contract opportunities.
- Submission Track: Review job descriptions, evaluate client requirements, and submit suitable consultant profiles quickly to beat the competition.
- Interview Coordination: Screen calls, prep bench consultants for vendor/client technical interviews, and follow up closely until the project is closed.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate optimal hourly bill rates for contract placements while protecting company margins.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets consistently.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven Experience: 1+ years of solid experience specifically in US Bench Sales recruitment.
- US Staffing Nuance: Strong understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, US Citizen).
- Network Power: An existing, active database of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to confidently negotiate with US-based clients.
- Work Preference: Must be 100% comfortable with permanent night shifts and working physically out of our Makarba, Ahmedabad office.
