We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist with experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry to manage end-to-end HR operations for both office and site employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee database.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project sites for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, EPF, and other statutory requirements.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the Construction or Infrastructure sector.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software and SPINE HRMS/Payroll Software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance management, and labour compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling both site and corporate employees.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
