About the Role
Jay Chugh Photography is a professional wedding photography and videography studio based in Indore. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of photography and videography projects, including weddings, pre-weddings, and other events.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all photography and videography assignments
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and support staff before, during, and after shoots
- Handle shoot logistics, equipment readiness, team allocation, and travel arrangements
- Oversee post-production workflow including photo editing, album designing, video editing, and final delivery
- Maintain production calendar, track project progress, and ensure timely completion of all projects
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and coordination with vendors
- Communicate with clients regarding production timelines and deliverables
- Ensure consistent quality standards and smooth studio operations, especially during peak wedding seasons
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably media, photography, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in production management, preferably in photography, videography, or the wedding industry
- Strong organizational, planning, and team coordination skills
- Good understanding of photography and videography production workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel for outstation shoots when required
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Experience in the wedding photography industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
